When submitting a request, you agree to:
Provide accurate descriptions
Upload safe, virus-free files
Allow Vibe Coders to assign any suitable developer
Once a task is marked Completed, you may submit feedback.
6. Developer Interactions
Developers work based on your instructions. You understand that:
Developers may decline unclear or out-of-scope work
Communication should remain on the platform
We are not liable for results caused by vague or incomplete instructions
7. Payments
Certain features require payment. By choosing a paid plan, you agree to:
Provide valid payment information
Allow Vibe Coders to charge applicable fees
Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of:
Files you upload
Content you submit
Project materials you provide
Platform content and branding belong to Vibe Coders.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Data loss
Errors caused by unclear user instructions
Work done outside the platform
Damages arising from misuse of our services
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent behavior
Abuse or harass other users
You may delete your account anytime.
